Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground veal
2 eggs
1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
3/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh green pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Mix ingredients while cold. Do not overwork.
Cook on indirect hot grill for approx. 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
